"Our whole family, 8 adults and 4 children under age 6, had a wonderful 4 night stay at this cabin. The cabin was clean, had plenty of beds, bedding and plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans, toys, and games for all ages. There was a large front yard for all of us to play in. The sauna was a great! Sitting outside and looking up at the stars at night was amazing. Be aware that the only doors inside the cabin are on the bathrooms. However, being family, we were fine without doors in the different bedroom areas. The hosts were very prompt in answering my questions. We would definitely use this cabin if we come back to this area again. Thanks for a great 5 days!"

"Excellent in every way. Beautiful property, beautiful views of the countryside and deer, lovely accommodation. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and to enjoy the nearby beauty of Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park. James and Carmen are wonderful, gracious hosts. 5 star in every way!"

"The overall stay was good the lady at the front desk that checked me in was amazing but the first day they checked me into a room that was actually dirty and someone had slept in it and used all the things it had never been cleaned it didn't realize this until I was going to bed and so I slept in the middle of the bed away from all of the dirt and pee on the side of the mattress the very next day the front desk lady came into the room saw what condition the room was in and immediately moved me into a better room. They were very quick to fix their mistake but the fact that I got checked in to a disgusting room was really gross and hopefully this does not happen to someone else in the future I'm not sure why the room was not cleaned and there was three mattresses on the bed but it's an experience I never want to have again. I will continue to stay in this hotel in the future as I have never had this happen before and it was immediately fixed just want to make sure people are aware that sometimes the cleaning people do not get to your rooms and if this is the case immediately let the front desk know so you don't have a night like I did the first night."

New Black Hills Home Next to Wind Cave National Park

"We had a great stay here! We vacationed with extended family and the home worked our great for all of our needs. The location is a bit out in the sticks but a short walk to Wind Cave National Park where we saw so many bison and prairie dogs, and a short drive (20 minutes) to Custer State Park. The host thought of everything as far as extra amenities and the check out process was one of the easiest when compared to other places we have stayed. I would definitely recommend!"
