“Staff is very helpful. The air company cancel the flight that I need for going home. The hotel staff helps me to talk with the air company and rearrange a flight for me. Also, the staff introduces something interesting in Buhara and makes me enjoy my travel here.”

“ブハラ観光の拠点、ラビハウズのすぐ近くにある大型高級(?)ホテル。 赤絨毯が敷かれた階段を上り、ホテルに入ると豪華なフロントがあり、ジェントルマンがゆっくり丁寧な英語でチェックイン手続きを進めてくれる。 部屋は広く、海外のホテルでは珍しく歯ブラシがあったり、寝巻きが用意されているため、日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で宿泊できる。部屋以外には、(利用していないが)プールやunder the moon barなど、リゾートホテルのような施設もある。 また、朝食会場も非常に豪華絢爛。メニューは少ないが、目の前でオムレツを焼いてくれたり、温かいおかずがあったり、朝食としては十分な内容。 ウズベキスタンを再訪することはないかもしれないが、再訪することがあればもう一度宿泊したい。 ※ただ、日本の基準では考えられないトラブルもある。 宿泊中に経験したのは①朝、起きると停電していた、②シャワーを浴びていると急に湯が出なくなった。 あくまでも、ウズベキスタン基準で非常に快適なホテルだと認識していただきたい。”

“Nice and cozy rooms, location were right at the center of the Bukhara old town, most of the attractions were in walking distance, very nice. The room price were very reasonable, for its price, the service provided is exceptional.”

“Pros: Really like the authentic decor - fits well with the overall ambiance of Bukhara. Definitely a boutique lodging! Staff were very helpful - I was allowed to choose my room, which was a real treat. Breakfast was a real treat - lots of options, and a pleasant dining experience. Cons: Some of the structure shows some wear and is in need of upgrading. Nothing major, but things like detached trim, wear spots, etc. Not their fault, but a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood. ……

“I stayed 2 nights at Ziyobaxsh Hotel in Feb 2024. Ziyobaxsh Hotel is a great hotel in Tashkent. Rooms are big, nice and clean. Ziyobaxsh Hotel is in Central Location. It is in the middle of Old Town. Within easy walking distance to almost every historic attractions of Bukhara. Great place to stay. I strongly recommend Ziyobaxsh Hotel for visitors to Bukhara.”
