The Space:

Experience coastal living at its finest in this inviting home. The open-plan living area seamlessly integrates the living room, dining space, and a fully-equipped kitchen, creating a perfect setting for shared experiences. Step outside to enjoy the warmth of a fire pit, the tranquility of a private beach, and the excitement of kayaking. This property features four well-appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king-size bed. Bedroom 2: Upper level bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom 3: Features a queen-size bed. 4: Features a queen-size bed Full bathrooms: two and a half bathrooms are available for your convenience.



Please note there will be toiletries provided to get you started during your stay, we will NOT supply enough toiletries for your entire stay. There are local stores to purchase some additional supplies if needed during your stay!



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire house, including all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the outdoor spaces. Enjoy the convenience of free beach access, perfect for a day of sun and relaxation.

Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Buzzards Bay, our house offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. You're just a short walk or bike ride away from the scenic Cape Cod Canal, ideal for leisurely strolls, invigorating bike rides, or casting a line for some fishing. Local beaches are also within easy reach, promising sun-soaked days and refreshing dips in the ocean. For dining and shopping, a quick drive will take you to a variety of restaurants and shops, offering everything from casual bites to unique finds. Plus, with easy access on and off Cape Cod, you can effortlessly explore the surrounding areas and attractions, making your stay both relaxing and adventurous.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! You'll find ample free parking right on the premises, making it simple to explore the area by car. For those arriving by air, the nearest airport is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), approximately a 75-minute drive away. If you prefer public transport, while options are limited directly in Buzzards Bay, you can access regional bus services. We recommend using a ride-sharing service or taxi for convenient travel to and from the property and for exploring nearby attractions like the Cape Cod Canal and local beaches.

Please note the following details for a comfortable stay. Check-in is at 3:30 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Kindly adhere to our house rules: no parties or events, no smoking, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. Respect the maximum occupancy. Pets are allowed with prior approval; charges may apply. Free parking is available on-site. This property is near another cottage on the same land, occupied by a quiet, year-round resident.
