“This tiny home completely blew us away! Don’t let the “tiny” label fool you—this space felt more like a high-end hotel suite tucked into a peaceful village. We were only here for two nights, but it was the perfect blend of comfort, space, and style.The living room was full-sized and perfect for relaxing. “After messaging with Clyde before we arrived, I felt like we were kindred spirits! A wonderful host even in written correspondence.The pictures did not do the home justice! This is a charming farmhouse on many acres that has been updated. It’s a two bedroom with a circular floor plan and it feels so spacious bc of the natural light, all the while, still a cozy cottage. It is decorated so well with antique paint colors on newer cupboards, handmade quilts on the beds, new window coverings and……

“Overall the property was good. We just didn't have wifi so no tv or phone. The property does say no cleaning fee and I should have paid attention to that as the place was not as clean. Hand/finger prints on doors and furniture that could easily be wiped off, hair in shower walls and under the bed/couch area was so dusty and found underwear that could easily be swept, also found a broken iron and the remote batteries were not good. The area was nice and peaceful and loved the idea of it. The……

“We stayed here over night for a graduation. Overall the house was a quaint little country house. I did not realize that it was a duplex, if i were to rent it again i would rent both sides. ”

“The house was clean when we walked in and even smelled clean which is always a plus. Had no major issues with our stay. It was nice being close enough to Waco that it only took 12min to get to Baylor and only 7min from Homestead which was nice for morning pasties and coffee. Extra points also for having a pizza pan.”

“Let me 1st say I’m a city girl and staying in “the country” makes me nervous. Plus I’m a bed snob and I worry about sleeping on a bed I don’t know. We also traveled with our dogs for the 1st time, but let me say… IMPRESSED! It was a perfect quiet spot for my dogs, the place was super clean and inviting. Small but intimate. After a long day of hiking trails with Dalmatians we picked up burgers and came back to clean up, had a table where we played games, there was enough room for our dogs twin……

“The chickadee treehouse was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and wish we would have booked a longer trip. The treehouse is exactly how it is advertised. Such a cute and wonderful experience. It’s about 15 minutes from Waco and about 1hr & 30 minutes from Fort Worth stockyards. The treehouse is clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. ”
