"No complaints from our weekend stay, the staff was beyond friendly, accommodating and cheerful. Breakfast was fresh and consistently being restocked and cleaned up, perfect location to hop on the riverfront trail and enjoy a walk or even walk to some near by restaurants. This will definitely be our go to hotel to stay at anytime we’re in Richland for sports. "

"This cute little place was exceptionally clean and very well appointed! Close to coffee, gas, highways- no traffic and very safe to walk after dark. All furniture was comfy and the decor was so cute! The backyard was private and perfect for our pet. Donna and Nate are excellent hosts. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Starting with the positive: The staff was fantastic (hard working and very personable) and doing their best despite an obvious lack of resources. But the hot tub was broken, the A/C unit in our room had a mildewy smell and the furniture was stained. Only one staff member was working the breakfast area (and, again, she was great) and it was clearly a two-person job; the buffet was not being restocked regularly and the tables were filthy sticky. We stayed at this hotel a year ago and had a fantastic stay. It's really gone downhill in just a year. It's unlikely we'll be back."
