First, Alex, our property contact, was excellent. He was responsive, helpful, and quickly arranged for a hot water issue to be fixed within a day. Great service and much appreciated, especially while traveling.

“We loved staying here again. This condo is in a really great, central location in Bucerias. It is oceanfront and is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the market area. “Our host Fabi was very responsive. Any question we had was answered almost immediately. We got a little lost on our way tthere and she ended up having to wait for us for checkin.
