This large, two bedroom two bath Penthouse is located on the 6th floor of the Puerta Cabos Village, steps from the main Medano Beach, in Cabo San Lucas.
From the many restaurants on the sands of Medano Beach to the shopping throughout town, you can access it all from our condo location. Walk to town or catch a cab within one block of the front gate.
From the pictures we have included, you can see large open design of the living area, as well as the views from the main or rooftop patios.
The kitchen counters are granite, with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, Microwave and cooktop. The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen. The condo has Central air-conditioning, internet, satellite TV and digital local phones.
We have also provided a water purification system to help provide the cleanest water possible. The refrigerator has an icemaker and water in the door.
Whether spending your mornings on the main level patio enjoying a cup of coffee, or if you want to watch the sunrise from the rooftop patio, you will have your choice of comfortable lounges, chairs or love seats. Umbrellas shade you in the heat of the day and after a long day of exciting adventures, come back to relax in the rooftop hot tub.
When the day ends, you will enjoy a good night sleep on the luxurious beds in either room. We understand the importance in sparing no expense, when it comes to your comfort during your sleep time. We have blackout shades throughout the condo, for those of you who would like to sleep in or take a nap during the mid-day siesta hours.
The Master Bath has a jetted tub for your relaxation, as well as a large tile shower. The main bath also includes a large tile shower. Both bedrooms have individual safes for your important documents and other items.
Our local concierge can assist in arranging any needs you may have, from scheduling a chef for in condo dining, trips to Todos Santos, the Glass Factory, San Jose del Cabo shopping or just a run to Walmart for provisions. They will also arrange transportation to and from the airport.
If you choose to rent a car for a few days or your whole stay, we have 2 spaces reserved for you in the underground garage, located conveniently near the elevator.
Our 24-hour security grants you and your guests, access to the property and the grounds. You will have the choice of 2 swimming pools, one is heated and the other pool is not heated but still refreshing.
