The best vacations are about to begin. This is an amazing brand new 3-BR condo, each with a king size bed and with a private balcony. Located in the heart of San Lucas you can reach the Marina, beach or restaurants in 2-10 minutes walking. You will relax in our place with comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen. With resort-style amenities and proximity to downtown and La Marina, this is the special condo for your Cabo escape. See you soon.

We would like to inform you that the hot season and hurricane season are approaching. With these seasons come random power and water outages, meaning that without warning, services can be interrupted for periods of 4, 12 or 24 hours. These cuts are out of our control and are common in Los Cabos.

Furthermore, we recommend that you take precautions and we assure you that we will do everything in our power to support you. If necessary, we will provide coolers with ice to help mitigate any inconvenience.

Wonderful stay at this condo. Perfect for our family of 4. Elegant, spacious and clean. Great amenities at the complex - pool, gym and laundry inside condo. Close to restaurants and 5 minute walk to Medano beach. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. Short walks to the beach and harbor or easy Uber rides to the center of town. Places we recommend are the Cabo Bakery, London Cafe, Roasted, Dice Cuarenta Coffee (right next door) along with EggCentric. For an amazing Argentinian steakhouse, go to Chamuyo. I think because we were here during high season, some prices may have been up, but enjoyable just the same, especially in this comfortable condo to have as home base.

Awesome!!!!! Great location!

I can’t say enough great things about this property! The condo is spacious, clean and in such a great location! My husband and two teenage kids stayed for one full week. The owner, Barbara, was wonderful and allowed for an early check in which was super helpful! The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful! Location: 5 minute straight walk to the beach! Safe and very easy! Walmart, 5 minute walk, marina maybe a 10 minute walk. Lovely little local restaurants all around! We never once took a taxi was able to walk everywhere! Beautiful Condo!

The condo is large, roomy, and beautiful! The on premises parking was extremely helpful too! Beaches are a short 5 minute walk away and there are endless restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and had great amenities. The location is good, short walk to the beach and most restaurants; great coffee store right next to it and an Oxxo right on the corner. This is the best place considering the price in all of Cabos

Awesome Condo, great location

We stayed for 4 nights, in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo which had everything we needed for a great stay. Very clean, great facilities and service was awesome. Only 7 mins walk to beach, very close to many great eating spots. Would definitely recommend and would return!

Short Stay

Excellent location. Walk to downtown and beach. Just up the street from the Office. Grocery stores close by. Excellent breakfast around the corner.
