My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was just right. The property and unit were exactly as presented. Clean, spacious, with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Pool was nice (it was not crowded when we were there at the beginning of December), and dining options within the complex were plentiful and easy to make reservations. Close to downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

Fun in the sun in Cabo

We really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet. Enjoy the hot tub and pools. The beach was nice too. Did kayak rentals and a whale watching trip which were really nice. The concierge was very helpful. Nice gym. I Would definitely go back.

Cabo La Estancia

La Estancia was great, the unit was great. Very nice, clean, modern. Amazing balcony. The property and pool were excellent, best view in Cabo. All the staff there were extremely helpful and nice. There is limited beach right in front of La Estancia but usable, swimmable beach all around there. Easy walk or uber into town. Joel, our Concierge with rentals by Jane was very attentive and helpful.

Location of our unit within complex was perfect. Great view of the beautiful sunrise and of pool and ocean. Complex about a fifteen/twenty minute walk to town. Staff was exceptional, very friendly and on point.

The property was well appointed and the complex is great ! Only a 10 min walk into Cabo. Our only issue was there wasn’t a kettle to boil water and we had to pay 2.50 for detergent to run a load of clothes. I feel that should have been included with the price you pay for the unit.

Beautiful place perfect for a relaxing week

We were really impressed with this rental until and the overall Villa La Estancia property. The rental unit had really nice, comfy beds and nice decor in all the rooms. We loved making breakfast in the morning, using the gym, and then heading to the pool for most of the day (the best part of the estancia!) The view was also great, and we liked sitting on the outdoor patio during sunset. It was also great to have 3 kind sized beds, and 3 bathrooms.

Beautiful Villa

The villa was as described online. Cleanliness was excellent. Huge balcony with excellent view of gardens/pool and ocean. Our concierge, Joel, was very attentive and Ashley was just as helpful. There were a couple of hiccups that were corrected right away and not an issue. A couple of recommendations to the Villa owners that I think would be helpful to the owners. We would suggest labeling the light switches throughout the villa (we've had this at other VRBO's and it was very helpful), as well as instructions on using the A/C and heating. It got rather cool in the villa but we were unable to figure out how to turn the heat on just to get the chill out of the air. Neither of these items are a big deal, just suggestions. I would highly recommend this particular villa.
