Welcome to 'Casa de Benditas' (Spanish for House of Blessings)which is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Penthouse in the heart of Cabo San Lucas in the prestigious gated community of Pedregal- the Beverly Hills of Mexico. Casa de Benditas sits atop the Pedregal Mountain smack dab in the middle of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. Nothing but perfection! Enjoy the breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic views of the town of Cabo San Lucas, the Marina, Cruise ships and the Sea of Cortez while relaxing in the Mountain breeze of your very own private penthouse.

Just a short flight from major U.S. hubs, Los Cabos (San Jose del Cabo & Cabo San Lucas) is situated at the Southern most tip of the Baja Peninsula. Surrounded by miles of dramatic desert terrain to the North, the unspoiled Sea of Cortez to the East and the Pacific to the West, Los Cabos enjoys year round sunshine & island like isolation from the mainland of Mexico. You will land at the International airport of San Jose del Cabo (relaxed colonial town with cafes & art galleries) and enjoy a sprawling spectacular 20 mile stretch (famous 'Corridor') drive with beautiful white sand beaches and vistas of incredible mountain scapes to just wet your appetite for what is ahead..Casa de Bendiciones!

Upon entering the Penthouse Condo, the view is nothing but spectacular; you will be in awe! A beautiful open floor plan invites warm ocean breezes while the glass pocket wall disappears and allows the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom to become an extension of the terrace. Whether it's walking to the French Bistro of Organic Farmer's Market & Spa at the entrance of Pedregal or walking into town to the Marina to charter a boat, snorkel, swim with dolphins or just shop or dine, there is no limit to your vision of paradise!

Want to stay at home in Pedregal? Enjoy Las Cascadas' (Development) Infinity pool, jacuzzi or bar-b-que on the deck and have your own dinner party overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Not relaxing enough? Go to the Private Beach and Coconut grove overlooking the Pacific Ocean that only you have access to as a Pedregal resident. You paradise is only one call away!

A superb host and a wonderful apartment. It lost a star due to noise at night that forced us to sleep in a back bedroom. Worth checking to see if there are any festivals in town scheduled during your stay.

We could see whales from the balcony and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hosts were very responsive and we even used the snorkel gear which was great for the beach!

BEST CHRISTMAS VACATION

Most amazing CABO vacation ever!!! The Pent House @ Las Cascadas Pedregal was breathtaking! Beautiful condo stocked with everything we needed for our family during this perfect week of Christmas. Location is perfect for all the excursions and adventures; convenient to walking to Marina and also Pedregal Beach. We are definitely planning to return to our now FAVORITE vacation spot!

Stunning view

It was a great stay with the ability to make our own meals and lounge over coffee in the morning with a panoramic view of Cabo San Lucas/downtown. Once you find this property, it’s worth it. Took advantage of the pools and gym. We got a lot of walking in and is about a 15 minute walk downtown/marina. Relaxing stay. Ask host for a parking spot.

What a view!

Booked for Family Vacation with now young adult children and the partners. The view from the penthouse is amazing, the photos don't do it justice. Nice relaxed quiet atmosphere, clean pools and great views. The owner was very attentive... had a small problem with the blender and literally within 30 minutes someone was there with a brand new in the box blender. Getting transportation into town with Uber / cabs was easy as well. Only suggestion is if you plan on walking into town or to the Pacific side bring good shoes. Those great views come with steep hills that aren't great in Birkenstocks.

Million dollar view

We stayed at the property in December 2022. The Pedregal community is 5-star and very secure. The condo is well furnished and the view is incredible. There are 2 pools for your use an elevator ride away. . Downtown is a 20 minute walk to the edge and 30 minutes on foot will get you anywhere you need to be. The hosts are great folks and very helpful. Highly recommended, you'll be glad you stayed there.

Beautiful Pedegral!

Property was stunning and exactly as advertised with gorgeous view. Lyle was very helpful in getting us set up with everything we needed. It should be noted there is a fair bit of construction going on in Pedegral and that can create a lot of daytime noise. If you are away from the property in the day, you'd never notice. But, if you're spending a lot of time on site, be prepared. It isn't the fault of the property or Lyle - Pedegral is just growing like crazy and it is part of the process. Thank you to Lyle for the great stay and helping us out!

Spacious with great views...

Great views of the Marina and Sea of Cortez, in a gated community. We enjoyed lovely morning walks though the hills of Pedregal, with the private beach only a 15 minute walk away. The penthouse was clean and spacious. The pool area was great for cooling off and sunbathing. All common areas were well kept. Please note, the only reason "Check-in process" and "Communication with Property Manager" are marked as "1 star" is: Kyle & Kereth gave me the access code and I didn't receive anything from VRBO with regards to check-in - we just gave our information at the gate and proceeded to the Condo. In that respect "Check-in" was a 5 for ease!! We had no communication with the Property Manager so I can not rate this section. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Thank you to Lyle & Kereth for adding this experience to our vacation.

Breathtaking Views

This property is awesome! The location is a bit of a hike if on foot. Better to take Uber for $2.50 US everywhere in Cabo from this location. The condo itself is beautiful and very well equipped. They know what they are doing when they give you plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, even alcohol which we didn't use. The neighbors are nice as well. Free parking if you rent a car. Two "issues" that renters should be aware of. 1) The noise from DT Cabo comes up the canyon and goes on until 5 AM every night. This is a non-issue unless you are trying to sleep in the master bedroom as the bass noise comes through the windows. 2) The "third bedroom" is separated from the hallway with a curtain. It is shown in the pictures so they are not hiding anything. Please realize that under most circumstances you will need to sleep with eyeshades and earplugs in that space. That said, if you are out partying all night or don't mind some noise coming from DT into the wee hours of the morning, the views and the property is well worth it. Great pool as well. They sent our deposit back in full as well. The hosts were great and responsive. We felt safe on and off the property.

Beautiful Overlooking Cabo!

2nd time to stay and LOVE IT! Large, airy, clean and has everything you need. Quiet and pleasant with view over Cabo that can't be beat! For restaurants and bars....Easy walk into Mariana in Cabo and can also walk to Madano Beach. Suggest a cab back up to Condo - going up is a little tiresome....but Taxi can be done for $20 This place is definitely worth it and a home run!

Amazing property.

I've been to Cabo a bunch of times. This is an amazing place. It is clean, quiet, safe, well equipped, and has one of the best views in Cabo. It's a 15 minute walk to the center of town. It's a little longer going back because it's a steep climb getting back. If you have any mobility issues at all, the hills will be a problem, up or down. There is a parking space, so you might consider renting a car. We had a problem getting access to the condo when we got there because the management company was "at lunch". We were two couples, and there are two master suites, and a couple extra beds in an open area, suitable for kids. Overall, a great place.
