The living room is spacious and cozy, equipped with a smart TV, sofa bed for extra space, and pocket doors that open to the large private balcony. The balcony is fully furnished with; firepit, siting area, bbq grill and dining table. This property is for sale, if you are interested and would like to have more information about this " running business" please contact us. Please be advise that we may contact you during your stay to ask your permission to provide access to a potential buyer, you may deny permission. In case the property is sold before your stay, we will offer an equivalent property with the same amenities and value.
Remember this property is Dog-Friendly 🐶 (15lbs or smaller), we need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog, an extra $150 USD cleaning fee (per dog) will apply with no exception, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property
Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 2025, to support local sustainability
