Cleanliness

This home was perfect for our visit to Playa Grande. We were two adults and 3 children ages 16, 14, and 9. The views were flawless! Each morning I enjoyed my coffee on the outdoor patio overlooking the jungle and listening to the wildlife. Each of the three bedrooms are en suite and spacious. The open living space and large kitchen island were a dream. The pool was a bit smaller than the pictures would have you think but nonetheless provided a lot of fun and laughter for the kids. Marcelo handled our check in and could not have made things easier. Las Ventanas itself is as secure as communities can be in that area. One thing I would add (unless I missed it) is that the community has pickleball courts, a playground, and a large shared pool. We never saw anyone in the pool and it was perhaps a minute’s drive from our own driveway. The concierge provided great recommendations such as Pots & Bowls for meals and drinks and RipJack Hotel for a slightly elevated experience. Costa Ricans are warm and friendly! I took surf lessons with El Beach Club for 5 days and highly recommend. We would love to return! 10 out of 10!

A Villa with great view, but bad circumstances.During our stay we had to deal with a very loud noice from a waterpump directly placed under the porch, so eating outside or open the windows by night was not a good idea. The housekeeping team could improve a lot, many cleaning problems. The kitchen chairs should be replaced, their fabrics is falling apart. That is not a style for a luxury villa. An overpayed stay!!!When the problems are solved future guests will find a better situation.The managers answers came quickly and correct, but he could not solve the noice problem (weekend, holiday)
