Much needed getaway to Costa Rica

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 360 Splendor is a beautiful building between Playa Flamingo and Potrero Bay, the sunset views are quite stunning, especially from the terrace on the top floor of the building. The concierge is very helpful with assisting bookings, etc. and they also have shuttle service to the beach, shopping mart, etc. The infinity pool is very nice to hang out, there are now umbrellas for shade at the pool. Playa Flamingo beach is beautiful, and the Coco Loco restaurant at the beach has great food. Since the unit is on a hill, a golf cart or vehicle is recommended. Our unit 308B is very well furnished and very clean, but the bedroom unfortunately did not have a private balcony facing Potrero Bay, as shown in several of the listing pictures.

Beautiful view, great customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked, nice furniture and a comfy bed. The view was beautiful. We had oceans view from the living room/ kitchen. And small ocean view from the bedroom. The pool, hot tub and grounds are well maintained. There is a free shuttle that departs every hour in front of the pool. That takes you to locations in Playa Flamimgo or Potrero. If you need picked up you just WhatsApp them and they will pick you up at any time the service is open. Our air condition was broken in the living room. They tried to fix is a couple times but it never worked. We blasted air from the bedroom but it was still a bit warm in the living room. The coffee/espresso maker on the roof was broken for a couple days but was nice when it was working. There was loud construction on the roof for some cement work. I think it should be done soon but not so relaxing.
