The Space:

-Casa Malince Grande features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, including:

-A main house with 4 bedrooms

-A laundry room

-A small office

-Two private casitas, each with its own bedroom, full bathroom, and small kitchen

Guests have access to the entire property, including the private pool, fire pit, and driveway with parking for 2 cars.

Spend your days surfing, relaxing by the pool, exploring nearby nature, or enjoying local activities such as ATV tours, sailing, and hiking. Just a 1-minute walk away, you’ll find a food court with several restaurants, and nearby you’ll also have access to a liquor store, bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, and clinic for added convenience.

Casa Malince is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, only a short walk from a protected sea turtle nesting beach, where these incredible animals come ashore in season. It’s a peaceful place to enjoy the natural beauty of Playa Grande while still being close to everything you need.
