Great property, electrical issue

The first night we lost power for the entire house. The manager quickly reacted to send a team to bring back the power, as the main breaker is locked and not accessible. The A/C unit in the master bedroom is incredibly noisy and must be checked out, as we had to turn it on and off because of the vibrations. Otherwise, great and safe location, walking distance to the beach.
