Let's get to the heart of the matter – Casa Natura offers breathtaking ocean views and mountain views from throughout the house. Inside the master bedroom, you’ll be greeted by a panoramic expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The master suite offers a king bed, top tier mattress, 50-inch smart TV, a walk-in closet and newly remodeled master bath equipped with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, custom vanity with illuminated mirror, and dimensional lighting. It also includes a travel crib for an additional cost and is subject to availability upon prior reservation. The master bedroom also comes with a digital safe.

The guest rooms are adorned with their own private bathrooms, elegant furnishings, plush linens, queen bed, and its own 50-inch smart TV. The ambient lighting is thoughtfully curated to create a warm and tranquil atmosphere for a restful nights’ sleep. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and A/C. Need a travel crib? No problem! Follow the garden’s heart-shaped walkable path that will lead you through the sweet aroma of blooming trees that contain 5 different colored roses, medicine trees, and 20 different fruits and vegetables including papayas, oranges, lemons, tangerines, mango, banana, coconut, plantain, avocado, mamon-chino, starfruit, breadfruit, moringa, noni and even coffee – feel free to pick your own!

Wellness Chateau

The home's newest addition is the outdoor wellness chateau, which offers breathtaking mountain views, and an immersive health and relaxation experience in the privacy of Casa Natura’s backyard. This state-of-the-art wellness chateau was carefully designed with healing, relaxation, and recovery in mind. Each detail was intentionally considered from the teak wood construction indigenous to Costa Rica, to the dimmable mood lighting surrounding the 4-person barrel sauna as well as an automated 40-degree cold plunge. The wellness chateau’s inspiration came from the medical science behind contrast therapy, which is the alternation of extreme temperatures to detoxify and reinvigorate the body.

About the Community

Situated on a privileged hilltop overlooking Pacific Ocean views, Mar Vista is a community you will love where you can enjoy night-lit tennis and pickleball courts ( you can play pickleball at the Marvista club for an additional cost), a community Clubhouse with an amazing ocean view, a resort infinity pool and onsite fine dining, groomed hiking and biking trails, waterfalls, and its own nature preserve. Also located inside the community is a state-of-the-art gym and yoga deck. We recommend you stop by the renowned on-site restaurant, Gracia, for a fun meal, amazing drinks, and a view that you will not forget.

Mar Vista is a community in a constant state of growth, therefore, it may have some construction in the area causing some noise during the day. We have asked our neighbors to cause the fewer disturbances as possible but please take into consideration that it’s out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding.

About Flamingo

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Golden Coast and is located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and is very sought after due to its tranquil vibe yet close proximity to Tamarindo, as you are less than 35 minutes away.
It features the Flamingo Marina, which is the largest Marina in the Country that offers delightful things to do including top-end restaurants, designer stores, nautical retail, pool-day club, fishing charters, sunset cruises, coffee shops, and more.

Internet and Amenities

Casa Natura comes with high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer, extra pillows and blankets, utility sink, portable fan, workout equipment, yoga mats, beach chairs and towels, a cooler, a beach hammock, pool noodles, and various other bonus items. There is an inflatable mattress at no additional cost to use in the house if you wish, you can get it ready during your stay. Also included: sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap.

Security

Casa Natura is in the private gated community of Mar Vista, which offers 24/7 security guard and night patrol. The security of our neighborhood is our top priority. Please present the reservation holder's identification card to the security officer during check-in.

Pet Friendly

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.

- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.

- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.

*No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.
