This new luxury home features 1,750 sq. ft., 3 Bedrooms, and 3.5 Bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, a TV, and amazing ocean views. In the first guest room you will find a king bed, it has its own bathroom. The second guest room has 2 twin beds that can be put together to form a queen, it has its own bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath in the main living area. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.
The infinity pool is stunning and offers an amazing place to capture some of the best ocean and sunset views along the coast! The covered terrace area features a gas BBQ, lounge furniture, outdoor dining, and a large coralina stone deck, perfect for morning yoga and evening star-gazing.
There is also a full kitchen and living area with ocean views with an 8-ft island kitchen and seating for 6 people - the perfect breakfast spot! We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease.

Construction Notice
There is a significant construction work taking place near the property, causing elevated noise, dust and other disturbances during the day, which might affect your privacy. The construction schedule is from Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 a. m. up to 4:30 p. m. and Saturdays until 12:00 p. m.
To compensate you for the inconvenience a 20% discount have been applied until the construction is done, at the end of November.
