「Within a short easy walk to local supermarket & shopping centre. Being on a corner of two suburban roads there is some road noise & quite a few people leaving for work at 6am. Overall not too bad. Some people may like other properties that have a pool access but this had all that we needed including a dryer. It was very good to have everything on one level - many rentals are two story town houses. The lawn on the property is ore weeds than grass but overall very good.」
