"We really enjoyed staying at the suites, spacious, comfortable and with a great view of the ocean. Had a full kitchen but we didn’t really use it. We used laundry facilities in the suite, no complaints. We needed extra drying racks and laundry detergent and they provided them. Helpful and friendly staff. The only downside is the location. Surfer’s paradise is too busy, too night lifey. We prefer quieter areas, with less busy cafes, bars, night strips. Transport was easy and cheap to go to...

"Location of the property was good. Apartment was clean with good amenities. Unfortunately, the property requires a lot of upgrades and ongoing maintenance. The pool was missing tiles, grass wasnt mowed, spa didnt work and our balcony gutter was leaking so badly that we couldnt sit on the balcony to enjoy the view that we paid for. "

Its in such a great spot, across the road from the light rail, 100m to the beach and more dining options than you could ever want The room was fantastic, although only had utensils for 4 people when we booked for 5. The view across the river was amazong with the right sunset We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it"
