「This establishment is tired. Both buildings and staff. Old sheets, bed coverings, mattresses, towels. You name it, it’s been there for a long time. Bed itself was so poorly supportive that my wife and I both rolled into the middle of the bed often, throughout the night. Read online the breakfast was served 7- 10. 「The most important part is for the bed to be comfortable . IT WAS REALLY BAD !! It leaned to one side thus my husband rolled over to my side and did not sleep all night as he had to try to stay on his side of the bed. We called at 1:30 am to voice our concern but no one replied. We left a messsge for them to call us and 3 days later no one has called us, very poor service 」
