Cozy 3-Room Apartment Near Beach with Balconies and Parking in Cabourg

CABOURG / CLOSE TO THE BEACH. About 300m from the beach, 3-room apartment with a capacity of 6 people, with an area of about 51m² on the 2nd floor without lift with two balconies facing south-west and two bathrooms. The apartment includes: an entrance leading to a living room (with a 160x200 convertible sofa, a flat screen TV and a DVD player) opening onto a south-west facing balcony, an independent kitchen (with a fridge, a dishwasher , 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave and a traditional oven), a first bedroom (with a 140x190 bed) opening onto a balcony and a bathroom (shower and vanity unit), a second bedroom (with 2 single beds bunk 90x190) opening onto a second balcony and a bathroom (bathtub and vanity unit), a separate toilet. A box in the basement and an outdoor parking space in the residence. Pets are accepted in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (outside the school holiday period).
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60E, sheet kit (90x190: 20E/ 140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (let us know a few days before arrival), baby bed (25E/ week), mini wi-fi box (7E/day).

Des améliorations me semblent nécessaires dans cet hébergement.

Voici la liste de mes remarques concernant cet hébergement : La lumière ne fonctionne pas dans le box.Les lits superposés sont inconfortables, principalement celui du bas. Dans la salle de bains attenante, le verrou ne fonctionne pas, il n'y a pas de store à la fenêtre ni de pare-douche et la porte grince.Le téléviseur est situé face au réfrigérateur, non au canapé. Si on le déplace au mieux pour qu'il soit plus en face de ce dernier, il n'y a de la place que pour trois personnes, alors que l'hébergement est proposé pour six. Lorsque le canapé est déplié en lit, il reste environ quinze centimètres de passage pour ceux qui sortent de la chambre aux lits superposés, entre le lit et le réfrigérateur.Dans l'autre salle de bains, l'eau gicle en partie en arrière au niveau du robinet du lavabo, le verrou ne fonctionne pas non plus.Un nettoyage des balcons nous semble nécessaire. Des plantes y poussent (pâquerettes, pissenlits ...).Le verrou de la porte d'entrée est dur.La chasse d'eau fuit par intermittence.Le tableau de commande du four n'est pas stable.La maison est prévu pour six mais il y a seulement cinq chaises autour de la table.En quittant les lieux, la consigne est d'éteindre le réfrigérateur et de le laisser ouvert. Cela nécessite de le débrancher. En le faisant, nous avons craint de finir de casser la prise de courant qui l'est déjà en partie. Lorsque nous reviendrons à Cabourg, nous choisirons un autre hébergement.

Zwei Wochen in Cabourg

Der kurze Weg zum Strand sowie der nahe Strandabschnitt waren super. Das Appartment ist in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, der Weg in die kleine Innenstadt von Cabourg daher etwas länger zu Fuss, aber schön am Strand entlang. Einkauf auch gut zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto machbar. Cabourg bietet nicht allzu viel, die Umgebung dafür sehr viel. Der Balkon der Wohnung war sehr schön, leider zu klein zum draussen Essen. Wir mussten bei Ankunft erstmal putzen, das war keine schöne Erfahrung. Nachher aber liess es sich gut aushalten, alles in der Wohnung allerdings eher alt.

Appartement tres bien et tres propre. ( a signaler : voilage un peu " decroche", grille pain en panne et emplacement de parking efface , on ne sait pas trop ou se garer). Mais sejour tres agreable . Merci.

Idéalement situé pour visiter les environs en vélo

Conforme à l'annonce, il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine comme des ciseaux, des verres à pied, des pinces pour crustacés et des petites tasses à café. Par contre, j'ai trouvé le personnel de l'agence distant, hautain , antipathique, je préfère largement passer par le propriétaire de la location.
