Das Haus liegt sehr schön, nicht weit bis zum Ort Cadenet

Das Haus ist für einen Urlaub in der Region sehr schön gelegen. Das einzige was extrem gestört hat, ist die Tatsache, dass zwei Häuser momentan unterhalb vom Grundstück gebaut werden. Von 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr war der Pool vom Geräuschpegel auf einer Baustelle. Hätte der Vermieter bei der Buchung angeben müssen.

Villa très agréable avec sa piscine... juste ce qu’il faut pour se détendre et se rafraîchir. Sans oublier son terrain de pétanques où de nombreuses parties se sont jouées. A proximité, multitude de départs de randonnées qui permettent un dépaysement total dans les différents massifs du Lubéron. Activités nautiques également toutes proches en voiture (lac de l’Esparron, la Sorgue, la mer,...) De plus les propriétaires sont très très accueillants, à l’écoute et réactifs

Villa au calme idéal pour profiter de la région

Villa située au calme permettant de visiter la région (mais voiture indispensable). La communication avec le propriétaire s'est faite sans difficultés. La location est idéale pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Petit bémol : il manque quelques éléments de cuisine, et un meuble de rangement dans la salle de bain.

A revoir urgemment

Nous avons été accueillis le vendredi par une jeune femme qui nous a juste remis les clés aucune explication pas d'état des lieux rien. On a eu la mauvaise surprise de voir que la maison n'avait quasiment pas été nettoyé : des restes de nourritures dans l'évier, des éclaboussures marrons dans le frigo, idem dans la salle de bain, le sol fait a moitié (pas de nettoyage sous les lits/meubles)!la piscine n'avait pas été entretenu et devenait verte !!! Et une chaise était même cassée avec un gros trou sur l'assise ! Et pas de pile pour les télécommandes de la climatisation (pas très pratique pour les faire fonctionner !!) nous nous sommes plaint au propriétaire par mail (car absent pendant cette période) il a été très réactif pour répondre mais les personnes s'occupant de la maison ne sont pas professionnels du tout et même sans gêne !! nous avons eu une famille qui a débarqué dans le jardin (sans sonner rien) en nous réveillant 3 personnes étaient dans le jardin et sur la terrasse ! Une femme m'a dit que c'était impossible que ce soit sale (en gros je mentais!!!) Pendant le séjour une des tringles à rideaux s'est decrochée du mur ! Et nous avons eu aussi dans les poutres en bois des chambres des bêtes qui faisaient du bruit toute la nuit ! Ensuite a la fin du séjour pour l'état des lieux de sortie une femme m'a presque accusé d'avoir moi même cassé le chaise qui était abîmé déjà a notre arrivée ! Même si le prioritaire a toujours été réactif et agreable, la gestion de la maison est catastrophique ! Et le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour ce genre de prestations !

Maison impeccable

L'accueil par les parents et la sœur du propriétaire est quasi familial, chaleureux et généreux. Les petites difficultés dues à l'absence inopinée du propriétaire ont vite été compensées. Maison impeccable dans un petit village authentique à l'écart des touristes. Clim très appréciée, parking sécurisé. Internet satisfaisant.

Calme, chaleur, confort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est très agréable. Grandes pièces, beaucoup de rangements, maison fraîche malgré la canicule (sans avoir à abuser de la climatisation !), literie et draps d'excellente qualité. Aucun voisin trop proche donc très calme. Jardin très bien entretenu très agréable avec un superbe olivier et de magnifiques lauriers fleurs. Piscine de taille modeste mais très fonctionnelle car peu profonde (permettant des parties de ballon avec les enfants) et avec de quoi s'assoir confortablement dans l'eau. Les propriétaires habitent dans la maison en haut du terrain et sont disponibles au moindre soucis. Des gens très accueillants et généreux 😊. La cinquième étoile a été simplement perdue à cause d'un bête petit problème de four qui a été très rapidement quasi résolu et le sera complètement pour les prochains locataires. Un petit manque de vaisselle également mais que nous avons fait remarquer aux propriétaires et qui sera donc certainement très vite résolus ! Nous y reviendrons sûrement, peut être en mai ou octobre, quand il aura le salon de jardin 😉
