Family Vacation at Lake Barkley

The owner and Management Company were very pleasant to work with. The house was very clean well supplied with almost everything you would want plus some. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting Lake access and a quite getaway.

Fabulous lake house!

The house is super spacious and really nice. We had 7 adults and had lots of space. We rented the boat as well which was a lot of fun. In the evenings, we saw deer all over the property. We were also able to enjoy the fire-pit on our last night. The area is beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful!

Laking it Easy.

This home was exceptionally clean and well equipped with all kitchen essentials for a family meal. The property was as listed and enhanced our family gathering. The host called prior to check in and was available to us if we had any questions. The dock made it nice to tie up our boat. A good time was had by all

Our lake vacation was amazing! The lake house was beautiful, clean, and well equipped with all the essentials and comforts of home …..cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, internet, TV streaming, games etc. We felt right at home! We enjoyed morning walks in the charming neighborhood. We kayaked, swam, and fished off our dock in the quiet cove. Having our boat conveniently located at our dock made it so easy to explore Lake Barkley in shifts with our large crew of family and friends. We went skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, and kneeboarding. A great time was had by all! Property management was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing lake get away!

Fun Family Summer Getaway

We had a large group of 10-two families with six kids total. There was plenty of room and we did not feel crowded. The home was spacious and well equipped-plenty of towels and linens, my favorite hand soap brand, lots of great details not overlooked. I’m a pretty serious home cook and I was very pleased with the kitchen. I had meant to pack my own knives, for example, but this kitchen had everything I needed! I did pack my own French press (though there was a very nice drip coffee maker and coffee station). Unless you were making a specific specialty item, this kitchen is perfectly equipped! We loved the neighborhood and the beauty of the area. Our host Adam was responsive, welcoming, and a complete professional. You will love your stay here!

family celebration

This was the central meeting place for our extended family to converge for the celebration of our mother's 80th birthday. It turned out to be the perfect place for the family vacation and celebration The host is very accommodating and quick to respond. The house exceeds expectations with all the necessary amenities plus additional items to make the stay comfortable, easy and enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cook wear and serving/dining items that makes meals easy for a crowd. Also, RENT THE BOAT----you will have no regrets. It's fabulous and time on the lake is both fun and relaxing. A small note for anyone with mobility issues---there are about 117 steps down to the dock that are a bit steep. With that said, my 80YO mom made up and down as there are flat landings that have a bench, so you can stop rest along the way that make it doable! Great host, Great location, Great house! We'll be coming back.

Family Fun

We recently stayed at this property and loved it! We had 6 kids and 5 adults. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious. It had everything you might need. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room. The downstairs area was a perfect area for them to hangout with a pool table and large TV. The deck was nice and easy to swim or fish from. We rented the property owners boat which was beautiful with plenty of room for us all. Adam was great to work with! He was easy to communicate with anytime. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities you needed for cooking. We enjoyed sitting in the sunroom, reading and playing games. The kids loved the bunk beds and huge bean bag chairs in their room. There are plenty of places to gather in groups if you want to watch different TV shows. There were 9 of us and we had more than enough room to spread out. The only drawback for me (I'm 70) were the stairs to get down to the dock. It didn't phase the rest of the group. They had a ball on the paddle boat and lily pad. I enjoyed the swing. The lake is gorgeous and wasn't very busy. We had fun gathering at the fire pit making s'mores and brown bears. This is definitely a great place for a family vacation.
