Einzige enttäuschung

Der Aufenthalt war vom Montag 16. September gebucht. Am Morgen des 16. September, nach unserer Abfahrt von zu Hause kam dann eine Mail, Dass die Unterkunft aus technischen Gründen nicht zur Verfügung steht. Kein Anruf nichts. Vor Ort standen wir dann ohne eine Unterkunft da und mussten uns Um eine anderweitige Unterkunft bemühen. Und das nach 5 Stunden Anreise. Am Freitag vorher habe ich noch per Chat mit FEWO kommuniziert, ob alles in Ordnung geht. Das wurde auch bestätigt.

Endroit agréable où séjourner ! C'était très privé et étonnamment calme, même si c'est proche de la route principale, L'espace de vie était grand, ce qui a permis à notre groupe de passer du temps ensemble

Keine Ahnung wer hier gepennt hat....

....den leider hat unser gebuchter Urlaub nicht stattgefunden. Angeblich hat der Vermieter die Reservierungsnummer über FeWo nicht erhalten. Fewo lag sie jedoch vor. Nach etlichen Telefonaten mit FeWo und Vermieter wurde die Buchung als nicht gültig belassen. Nach einigen Tagen erhielten wir jedoch seitens des Vermieters einen Storno. Wozu, wenn es doch keine Reservierung gab? Und kurz vor dem eigentlich reservierten Urlaubsstartzeitpunkt, gab es noch eine nette Email mit freundlicher Begrüßung und einem schönen Aufenthalt. Nicht erklärbar alles. Wie auch immer, der Vermieter war weder besonders zuvorkommend, noch freundlich bei diesem Vorgang. Sehr schade. Aber für uns nicht empfhelbar.

Über unseren Aufenthalt kann ich nichts berichten, da das Haus wegen eines Buchungsfehlers auf der Homepage von Fewo, nach der Reservierung nicht mehr zur Verfügung stand, da bereits ausgebucht. Schade
