This restyled villa, which is detached and located on the water, can be found at the Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad holiday park. It is just 400 m away from the beach of the North Sea and a mere 13 km from the renowned and charming Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen and a double sofa bed in addition to the living room with a smart TV and a Playstation 4. bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. There is a bathroom with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There also is a third bathroom with a shower or bathtub. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. The villa has a handcart, changing table, one baby cot and a stair gate upstairs. There is room for a baby cot in the two upstairs bedrooms. The picture is completed by a washing machine and dryer in the storage room. You reach the enclosed garden on the water's edge through the patio doors with a terrace and garden furniture. There are also two sun loungers. You will find a private jetty with a rowing boat near the water, fun for young and old! There is parking for two cars at the villa.
