“A hotel with an excellent central location, 10-15 minutes walk from the gare. Buses and tramway just outside. Also, there’s a shop just across the street. The welcome at the hotel was very warm and friendly. My room, with a double bed, was small but clean and nicely kept. I really appreciated the extra service on the floor, with a microwave, cups, coffee/tea, and cutlery available. There is no elevator, but the host kindly carried my suitcase up the stairs. Breakfast is served in the room,……

“An amazing hotel chain, our ferry was delayed big time, did not arrive until after 8am but staff were welcoming, 2 hours of the best sleep possible and was ready for the drive ahead. I have already looked for more ace hotels and i know i will be using them again, brillint for value, top for customer service Sophie was fantastic, bed was comfy and room was spotless, thank you for your efforts, we will be back”

“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”

“Great location, updated, great amenities, walkable yo city center and train station. Only issue was this property is a little small but we were only in the room to sleep so it worked for us”

“Very helpful staff. Close to everything and especially restaurants like Monsieur Louis on Pl. Saint-Sauveur. Only small complaint would be how tight the bathroom was. A tall person would have trouble sitting on the toilet in the room I had on the 4th floor. But nice view from the balcony.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. But the bar opposite to the hotel was too noisy through the night which affacted my sleep.”

“Very good hotel, the location is excellent which right in the center. Close to all places you want to go. You if you drive here, public packing is available, only 2-3 mins walk. Price is also reasonable if you plan to pack over night. I only paid 30 Euro for 3 days.”
