「Our room’s at third floor. But no elevator, we have 4 luggages, 20 kg/per.terrible experience. … The breakfast is not good quality just look like lot. Check in desk lady is not kindly, I don’t know why? It’s not worth for the all price I paid.」

「The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.」

「All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with gluten free options ( rare for france!) secure car park 20 mins from ferry port and 10 mins into town via tram. Good size rooms with fridge incredibly helpful stop off en route home . Definitely recommend 」

I say, if anyone is in the area, recommend to stay at this hotel and dine at Ivan Vautier. It will bring your Normandy experience on the whole new level . The only issue was our room faced the street and it was noisy all night, had to close the window and then it was ok. Highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant. 」
