De kamer was prima. Schoon en confortabel. Het systeem om van te voren een code te krijgen om binnen te komen en het ontbreken van een receptie verliep niet vlekkenloos. Verkeerd telefoonnummer op de reservering, Na het bellen zat de andere kant bij de dokter en had geen tijd, moest een mail sturen, kopie paspoort via de mail versturen voelt ook niet goed, kopie voldeed niet, enz. Dit kan beter. De locatie is gehorig aan een soort snelweg maar met de deur dicht en airco aan prima te doen. In de omgeving is niets te doen het is gewoon in een bedrijfsverzamelgebouw waar ook wat hotelkamers zijn ondergebracht.

The property is in the middle of nowhere! Its too far from anything. Nearest bus stop to get a bus to go to the city centre is about 9min walk distance ( along the busy road and spiky bushes ) it takes around 30min to get to the city by bus. There was McDonalds outside the property and it was the only option to get a quick coffee or breakfast on the morning or tea on the late evening. We stayed 4 nights and were provided with just one toilet paper roll and our room has never been cleaned ( only towels were changed once). Only one small rubbish bin in the apartment which hasn't been changed during our stay! Zero toiletries, except liquid hand wash. The view from the balcony is horrible, we were facing road with busy traffic and some building ruins. If you are looking for one night stay while travelling around the island then you will fine here, but if you are planning to spend quality time exploring Cagliari city then pay a bit more and stay in the city! I can't say this was a cheap stay either, which is why its such a disappointment. We totally loved our mini holiday in Sardinia tho and enjoyed Cagliari and the beach, but I wish we stayed in some nicer place and saved ourselves time and money to spend on exploring beautiful Sardinia.

Chambre joli et propre. Un peu bruyante quand on est côté route mais avec les fenêtres fermées c'est correct d'autant qu'il y a la clim. Le lit est confortable. De plus nous avons apprécié l'indépendance (systeme de code) donc on peut aller et venir comme on veut. Correct pour le prix.

Stanza spaziosa ben arredata e un bel terrazzo purtroppo sulla tangenziale, la camera comunque ben insonorizzata. Ottima come base per visitare le stupende spiagge del sud sardegna. Comodo il bar sotto per la colazione, gestito da persone gentili e disponibili.

Riesiges, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon, Flur und großem Bad und Kapselkaffeemaschine im 3. Stock. Das Zimmer ist über einen Aufzug zu erreichen. Die Beschreibung zum Self-check-in war sehr verständlich. Parken (zumindest am Wochenende) direkt vor der Tür möglich.

Great value for independent seasoned travelers

Su Planu is essentially a large studio minus cooking facility. It is very clean, good ac, very comfortable bed, the internet was a little quirky. I don't recall what the housekeeping schedule was but there wasn't any for the short time we were there. The location is good for those traveling by car as there is plenty of free parking surrounding the building. We found that we could take a bus into the old town which is where we wanted to spend time. The bus stop was within a reasonable walking distance and the cafe, tobacco shop on the main floor sells tickets for the bus. My lower scores for the stay is that the location is a little difficult to find as there isn't a street number on the building. The bottom floor is all commercial space and I somehow never understood that we were booking a studio/condo. Service was through the mobile phone, we photocopied our passport pictures and texted them to the contact person. Keys for the room were in a lock box for which we were texted a code. There wasn't any info in the room regarding the buses or restaurants. The closest restaurant within walking distance is a MacDonald's which I'm sure is fine but not a place I go to in the states so not of interest to me in Italy. The cafe on the main floor is good for morning coffee and pastries. If you are someone who likes having a front desk and is more comfortable with face to face contact this is not that kind of arrangement. If you are independent and resourceful the place is a good value.

Nos decepciono.

Apartamentos alejados del centro muy escondido. Cuando llegas tienes que preguntar en un bar cercano porque apenas esta anunciado.En 17 días de estancia solo limpiaron una vez. Esperábamos tener cocina y solo encontramos mini nevera ,cafetera y hervidor de agua. Nos dejaron un microondas cuando vieron nuestro descontento. Dijeron que nos repondrían café y agua y no fue así. Nos decepciono.

Anastasia who did meet us at the apartment was very nice and helpful. Gave us good advice on what to do and where to go during our one night stop in Cagliari. The flat is situated only 10 min from the airport by car.
