"I want to start off with upkeep is the biggest factor for me, and it is why my score isn’t at a 4-5. Water pressure from the toilet is very poor. It requires a good 5-10 minutes if you want to flush more than once. Cleanliness wise, there were set-in stains that are on the toilet and the shower floor. Perhaps it’s just chips of ceramic that were gone from use and maybe hard water stains in the shower. That’s not something that the cleaning staff could reasonably fix without heavy duty cleaning agents or would require maintenance staff to repair/replace toilets. The cleaning staff was so kind to me during my stay. They get an A+ especially since the second I got into the room, it didn’t feel gross like this one Holiday Inn I stayed at in Tampa. Again to reiterate: the cleanliness issues requires more than just the staff to use the same products. They don’t have any blame in this. Lighting in the rooms could be better, but it’s not something insanely important for most people. The elevator door in the parking garage is *very* shaky. First ride was a bit concerning until I realized that it’s an ongoing thing. Aside from those issues, I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is very polite. It’s clear they value customer service. Front staff is great per usual. Special shout out to Jah from Parking who was very kind to take a photo of me and my friend that dropped me off one day! "

"Clean, comfortable and great staff! Pet Friendly! They should not charge $60 to add on the a breakfast! That’s the price of a good brunch with mimosas! The breakfast buffet is not special in anyway; it’s more like a basic budget style maybe worth $18. I recommend skipping that add-on and choose from the menu if you want convenience of eating downstairs, or have breakfast at numerous places in close proximity. Just go to Yelp for 10+ breakfast options. Otherwise I love the convenience of the location for shopping for anything you could need, from Nordstrom Rack to Marshalls/ Home Goods, WholeFoods, bars, high-end restaurants or to-go spots, movies, WaWa, and quick access to I-4. This is an excellent choice at a reasonable price."

"We loved this hotel- the ambiance was rustic and sweet. The staff really went out of their way to help and inform us. We were able to take our car from the valet guys as many times as we needed and they always brought it to us with a kind attitude. They have a fridge that they are willing to let you store items in and they would get us our items whenever we needed. Really great people who worked there. We'll come back!!"

"Would totally stay here again, it was so cute and cozy! I would have loved for there to be blinds or curtains I could pull over the window and door in the kitchen area at night, but not having those certainly didn’t ruin anything. Thanks again!"
