"I rarely write reviews, however Southfleet Motor Inn is truly a gem. Lovely staff/family vibe and no frills stay in Wellfleet. The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing and close proximity to several restaurants and a shop. Highly recommend! "

"House was spacious and quite comfortable for 4 couples. Outdoor shower was fabulous. Location worked well for us - close to Wellfleet center, Great Pond and ocean beaches. And liked walking around the very old cemetery just below us. Only issue was the lack of beach chairs and towels. Odd for a high-end beach town rental. "

"Wonderful week in Wellfleet in a home that was welcoming, clean and peaceful. Backyard is a relaxing oasis. Lounger chairs inside in front of bay window facing yard were a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or wind down from day with a glass of wine.House is older but well kept and had everything we needed.Contact w owners was very good.Perfect getaway for relaxing vacation."
"The house was a great size for our extended family. It does need some upgrades. The enormous deck needs some care -we brought a hammer and reset a lot of the nails, and we were concerned about splinters on little feet. The 1st floor toilet needs to be reseated, it moves. The faucet and water knobs in the upstairs sink leak.Please be more honest about the “staircase to the beach.” The grand parents could not handle 108 steps each way. It is a dramatic scale.For the kids, the beach is beautiful and they loved it, but we all could not enjoy it."
