It is a less crowded town than Puerto Viejo, but close enough at 15 km, to also explore the nightlife of the Caribbean if desired.
In the tropical garden of 1.23 acre you have the main house (160 sqm), the Bungalow (65 sqm), the Pool House - Ranchito, the saltwater pool (5m x 10m), and parking create a unique setting.
The main house, designed in Balinese style, features a central area with an open kitchen, living room, and dining area. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms only. The Bungalow accommodates 4 people with two bedrooms with fans (NO A/C) one bath, a living room, an outdoor dining area, and a full kitchen. The Ranchito, adjacent to the pool, is an ideal space to spend the day with the group.
Provides covered parking for one vehicle and an additional parking space in the open air.
The saltwater pool, renovated in 2023, boasts spring water, UV purification, and ozone. The Ranchito includes an additional half bath for guest convenience. The property offers Wi-Fi, towels, and weekly cleaning for reservations of a week or more. Additional services like daily cleaning, breakfast, bike rentals, airport transportation, and excursion organization can be booked.
Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the property.
This includes the main house with its two bedrooms, (and the Bungalow when the reservation is for more than 4 people) the pool designed for children and adults, and the spacious BBQ ranch next to the pool.
If the number of guests is 4, only the main house is available.
If the number exceeds 4 guests, the main house and the Bungalow are available for an additional cost (select the correct number of guests to access the spaces you need and the correct price).
There is covered parking space for ONE vehicle and outdoor space for UP TO TWO vehicles. The fully fenced property offers privacy and security. We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

On the outskirts of the village, our property is situated in a quiet environment at the end of a dead-end street, free from traffic. Neighboring properties are occupied by owners and tenants. The proximity to the national park (approximately 200 m in a straight line) provides protection against further development and undoubtedly includes the morning chorus of howler monkeys.
The walk to the entrance of the national park intersection, the supermarket, and the numerous restaurants and small shops that follow is about 15 minutes, though it is faster by bicycle. The path from the property to the center even has street lighting, making it easily usable even at night when there is sufficient light. Due to the property`s location in a dead-end street, you continue straight ahead to the `Corredor Caribe.` There, you turn right for about 100 m parallel to the road and then take the next right again. At the end, you`ll find the center of Cahuita.

1. On foot: Enjoy a pleasant stroll to the entrance of the national park, the supermarket, and the numerous restaurants and shops that follow, all just about 15 minutes away. Ideal for exploring the authenticity of the place!
2. By bike: Speed up your exploration by using rented bicycles. The short distance to the center and the presence of bike lanes make this a fast and eco-friendly mode of transportation.
3. Caribbean Corridor: Discover local authenticity by following the `Caribbean Corridor.` Turn right for about 100 meters parallel to the road and then take the next right. At the end, you`ll find the bustling center of Cahuita, full of life and local culture.
4. Public transportation: If you prefer a more local experience, you can use the available public transportation in the area to explore the surroundings of Cahuita.

Online check-in To comply with current safety regulations, online check-in must be completed before arrival through our system. Guests may be asked to provide a photo of their identification and/or a selfie.
2. Check-in and check-out Check-in: from 14:00 to 18:00. Check-out: before 10:00.
3. Neighborhood and quiet hours The property is located in a residential neighborhood, so consideration for neighbors is required. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00. Noise levels must remain within residential limits at all times.
4. Parties and visitors Parties and events are not allowed without prior authorization from the administrator. Only the guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.
5. Pets Pets are allowed only with prior authorization. Additional rules may apply when traveling with pets.
6. Care of the property Guests are responsible for the proper use and care of the property and all items within it. Damages or alterations to the property are not permitted.
7. Security Please ensure the house is properly secured when leaving the property for the beach, shopping, dining, or other activities.
8. Energy use Lights, fans, air conditioning, and cooking appliances must be turned off when not in use.
9. Pool and garden use Urinating in the pool or in the garden is not permitted. Lighting fires anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.
10. Prohibited substances The use of illegal narcotics or substances that alter normal behavior is not permitted. If this rule is violated, the administrator reserves the right to cancel the reservation and request immediate departure from the property.
11. Additional services Additional services such as massages, bicycle rentals, tours, or private cooking services must be paid for at the time the service is requested.
12. Liability Guests are responsible for their own safety and for supervising children when using the pool and outdoor areas.
