“The property was beautiful and clean, the staff was lovely and incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! Having only one coffee in the room for the 4 mornings (i.e. not replaced each day) was disappointing, but forced us to go out for a local coffee instead. Having small/snack items for late arrivals and/or while the bar is open would be a great idea.”

“The staff was amazing! Like unbelievably amazing! Greeted at the dock, luggage taken care of, greeted with fresh watermelon juice, chef cooked such delicious meals (dessert included), housekeeping cleaned 2-3 times a day, cooper hooked us up with tours, everything was great and relaxing. 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the national park, 5 minute walk to the village. ”

“We booked a room based off the pictures in Expedia however the room we received was nowhere close what was on the pictures. Our room was also behind the bar and noisy. The AC also dint work in a country where the temperature went to 36C. The sink was broken. The room itself was very mediocre. The staff finally changed our rooms on day 3. The staff were very accommodating but the experience was extremely disappointing.”

“The bungalow is well equipped and with direct access to the beach. The pool is amazing and the staff very friendly. The only points to improve are the location of the parking area and that the metal roof does not have sound isolation so when it rain is very noisy.”

“Lovely and helpful staff. Great food. By far the most convenient location. Less than a min across the river from the airstrip. I will definitely go back.”

“Hotel is great, just a little bit too far from town. Asked for some ice and was never delivered, also told me they charge a cork fee for my wine to open in my room.”

“If you want ultimate rainforest luxury and top level service you should stay here. Not to be missed. Raft in and out via the Pacuare river and be completely enveloped by the forest and river in the middle of nowhere while having high level meals breakfast, lunch and dinner, incredible adventure programs like zip lining through the canopy and repelling down little waterfall. Seriously. 1000% The food was top tier. The service was thoughtful and personal. The staff is amazing. And they have great……

“Recomiendo todo al 100, la dueña super. Fijo volveré”

“Precioso hotel en la playa. Personal muy servicial y amable. Zona de la piscina preciosa. Puedes ver fauna local en sus instalaciones.”

“We were in room 29, it was spacious and even with screen windows it wasn’t too noisy from people nearby. The hammock on the porch was nice, and we got to see toucans in the tree by our front door. We also saw a huge iguana on the lawn, and a sweet orange cat. The bathroom was also large and clean. The shower did not have a handheld but it was a rain shower and had hot water pretty quickly. The strange wooden rack in the bathroom proved very useful to lay out clothes to try and get them to dry.……

“Great stay, I really recomend”

“Great location and not to far from town”

“Falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones los baños comunes del primer nivel muy desaciados, el desayuno del Domingo se acabó la fruta y el pan y no pusieron más ! Falta de planificación”

“Fantastic Host and staff. I was able to stay in two different locations here. The beach access was awesome if you’re looking for something away from the public beaches. Those can be crowded on the weekends. Across the street are an Italian and Argentinian restaurant, both very good. You can rent a bike or motorcycle as well at a shop about a 100m down the road. For me it was the perfect location that wasn’t in the crowded towns but not too remote.”
