“Il contesto è immerso nel verde ed è molto bello e rilassante. Purtroppo sono arrivata la sera ed ho dovuto attendere quasi mezz’ora per il check in perché non c’era nessuno e non riuscivo a rintracciare nessuno né telefonicamente né cercando in altre zone dell’hotel. La mia camera nello specifico non era pulitissima (nel bagno), ed aveva il bagno,compresi i sanitari, a vista nella camera. Non c’era acqua calda nella doccia. “The staff, specially Gabrielle, was amazing, always went above and beyond to help us with information etc. The place itself is so beautiful that you can just stay there for a whole week, so many things to do and explore. Words don't do justice to this place. If you have kids, its a no brainer, book it!!!”

“We couldn’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were very clean with a great Italian flare. There is lots of history to the property that we enjoyed. We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond. “Very modern clean complex, rooms were excellent in presentation,but lighting in room I found confusing knowing where to switch on and off. Bath height for me was to high to hurdle not sure how most will get into shower without slipping probably needs a step but then slipping would be an issue. To far out of town for me 2 nights and taxi x 4 trips 150 euro then this morning when i got dropped in I saw the guy who checked me out and gave me Taxi name and number was there in a Radisson Blu vehicle……

“We had the most wonderful time at Casale La Gora. Francesca was super sweet and helpful! We spent 5 nights there and enjoyed every second of it. The room was spacious and comfortable, I missed a bench or couch at night when we were relaxing and extra pillows would have been handy, however the house has two guest lounge rooms with comfy sits.
