The staff were absolutely exceptional throughout our visit – welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The parking experience was excellent and made arriving and exploring Florence by car completely stress-free, which is a real bonus. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Overall, a wonderful hotel with outstanding service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Forte16 to anyone visiting Florence."

"This is a great hotel for a stay near a city. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Breakfast was well thought out but we feel that the general menu for lunch and dinner needs improvement. The quality of the food we ate there was good though. The gym was lacking, very small. The pool area was a bonus, didn’t struggle to get a sun lounger, would have liked more staff presence here for a five star hotel. We heard that they were short of staff members due to long term illness though. Overall a good experience. The WhatsApp messaging service worked really well for booking gym, shuttle service (a great bonus for the location of hotel)."
