This is my place whenever I stay in Cairo. It's location is excellent and the staff are nice and willing to help for whatever you require.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We book dozens of hotels annually and for the most part reviews are accurate except in this case. It should be more like a 3 or 4. Old run down amd no air conditioning working.

Property is ok , a little old but clean, and the service is 5 star , staff is very polite and helpful, also quick . Area is not so much but safe , quite few stray dogs running around . No fear is just one of the things noticed .. you have to try the hooka next door open 24 hrs and inexpensive good service

Le représentant de l'hôtel est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport en voiture. Le personnel a été agréable et disponible. Par contre, la chambre au 7ème étage est vétuste et laisse à désirer en termes de propreté pour le prix payé.

The staff were amazing, All of them are always smiling and willing to help and serve with generosity in a very polite way What was really annoying was the WIFI, even though it is available and free but it was way slow that you can almost not useable

The only thing i love is the shuttle bus, internet bad, room old and not comfy, no hot water, no heating, no enough blankets, no room lock, no dont disturb sign, a hotel coming out of the 70s and still run at the same mentality.

Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht vom Hotelchauffeur am Flughafen abgeholt. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir ohne Probleme oder extra zahlen unser Gepäck im Hotel lassen bis zu unserer Weiterfahrt. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Einziger Minuspunkt: schlechtes Internet.

This was a long layover for us on our way to catch a Nile river cruise out of Luxor. We arrived to the Cairo airport after 0100, and as promised, there was a driver with a sign with my name and the hotel. He handled all the luggage and we had a pleasant drive to the hotel. After a seamless check-in, a staff member brought our luggage to our room , showed us how everything worked, and then brought us a much appreciated fruit plate and bottles of water. We were told breakfast was served until 1030, and arrived just before 1000. There was no buffet, but we were served breakfast for 2 that could easily have served 6. My only criticisms were that we requested a non- smoking twin room, and were given a smoking twin room. Also, we were not able to connect to the internet in our room, but it worked in the breakfast room.

Por su relación calidad-precio, es una opción más que recomendable en El Cairo. Solo tenía una noche antes de tomar mi vuelo, así que reservé este hotel al estar no lejos del mismo y también bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad en metro. Antes de llegar, me contactaron desde el hotel para decirme que me recogerían del aeropuerto de forma gratuita. El hotel presenta algo de mobiliario antiguo, per es verdad que tien un precio muy competitivo y cumple con lo que se busca: cama cómoda, agua caliente y buena temperatura. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable por su relación calidad - ubicación - precio en Cairo.
