You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the high privacy it offers. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's in a safe neighborhood in New Cairo near the First Settlement police station (500 ft. away).
The studio is spacious (40 m2). It's on the first floor. It has a dining table. It has AC, WiFi, a TV, a microwave, an iron, a kettle, basic cooking utensils and dining set.
BIG open roof (180 m2) accessible if you want to enjoy fresh air and a breeze outdoors.
My neighborhood is really safe and quiet. All necessary services including local grocery, pharmacies, dry clean, cafe and restaurants are in close reach and offer cheap home delivery.
A bus stop is just a 10-minutes-walk away.
