Room needs deep cleaning, staffs were very friendly and helpful, but they need more training for streamline service delivery procedures. TV, Internet needs updates for ease of use. Front of the hotel entrance of the building could have better signage and general cleanliness. 9th Floor breakfast service was great and staffs were very friendly. Overall, hotel has great potential.
