開羅金字塔花園酒店住宿推介

「I cannot begin to explain how helpful the staff has been Very nice quiet small location with approximately eight rooms This is how much they go above and beyond. I have been looking for two days for location to exchange some US dollars. The front desk worker actually went with me all around the area and was actually going to use his personal bank account to exchange funds for me, but the bank was closed He stayed with me until we found a working ATM that would exchange dollars This is what I...

「My sheets were dirty with hairs, no wonder is super cheap, the breakfast it was not good, they only served what they want in in really small amount, there is nothing to choose same thing both days, when I asked for more eggs they said there is no more eggs they served only one egg with full of salt. Also The have a menu of drink way over priced, The only good things about this place was the pyramid view, and the welcoming of the employees other than that I was feeling very uncomfortable.」

「NICE STAY GOOD STAFF」

Staff were abrupt and no direction of how things worked in the hotel, breakfast etc. No kettle in room, just a water cooler, that had a heat and warm button on that didn't work. Tiny fridge built in the cooler which was filthy and cracked. Furniture had glass tops on tables that had been cut down and the glass was all cracked. TV with one working channel. Bathroom was disgusting and probably not seen cleaning products since it opened. Choice of 1 pillow on the bed with...

「Very nice property and amenities. Our only issue was the slow drain in the shower the would overflow out of the shower door into the bathroom area floor.」

One of my favorite memories was enjoying their delicious green soup on the rooftop one evening. When the waiter noticed I was cold, he thoughtfully came over and placed a blanket around me. Such a simple but incredibly touching gesture! The staff truly went above and beyond. When I accidentally overslept before my...
