Great and helpful staff that do their best to make sure my stay was good. Hotel itself is good and clean but building and the whole downtown of Cairo is old so don’t expect 5star hotel facilities in that part of towns. Overall was great value and happy to stay there

Solo q la habitación estaba aceptable pero la entrada del edificio y el ascensor era como salir corriendo y del desayuno si sele pude decir solo café y té y dice desayuno incluido y se la cafetería no tenía una buena higiene y si el personal amable🙏

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located right in the heart of downtown. The location is perfect — close to historical sights, restaurants, and public transportation, which made it easy to explore the city. Staff very helpful and breakfast was good. Location is close to metro and is in downtown, very convenient. Bed and linens are clean. Hotel is in the old building and the entrance is hard to find at first with a small elevator going to the reception area. Chairs and table are old and have stains. Toilet has stain as well - maybe due to hard water. Bathroom tissues and soaps provided - nothing else. This hotel is very good for those on budget. Don't expect too much.
