"As a family of three - our son being 19 - the Premium apartment was just right. He was delighted to get more privacy than the sharing a room option, a very a comfy bed and also a balcony on the 5th Floor, with awe inspiring views over Palma. We made use of the kitchen for a light breakfast, and snacks, and as other visitors have said, having the wash drier was great, particularly to freshen up those whites after suncream use!! (maybe having ‘Instructions for use’ would have been helpful, although I’m sure staff would have helped had we asked). Our son made regular use of the Gym equipment on the 2nd floor and we all really enjoyed the plunge pool/sun deck on the 6th Floor. What fabulous views. On our arrival we were greeted by the lovely and very informative Michaela on reception, she gave us a friendly, professional and warm welcome, which was much needed at 10 pm at night. Thank you Palma Suites. We hope to return."
