Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. 「My husband and I were blown away by this property. As soon as you walk into the hotel you are transported through time to the 16th and 17th century beautiful courtyard which opens up into the patio and a grand staircase winds upwards to the rooms. This is by far the most magical hotel I have ever laid eyes on. The staff are so attentive to every request or wants, the rooms are vast and ceiling beams decorated in gold illuminated the already gorgeous sitting rooms. If you go to Palma, you have to...

「A great find for our city break in Palma. Hotel staff and welcome was second to none. Our Sweet room was stylish and very well equipped and the hotel was in a great location for exploring Palma with great bars, restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the roof up bar with Cathedral views. Would recommend and definitely return when next in Palma.」

「(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste.
