Rooms did have a heating and a/c unit that worked really well. My family was happy with everything. All in all I would totally stay here again! Also, bring shampoo and conditioner because they do not provide it and we learned that the hard way ): lol "

"The staff members that I came in contact with were super friendly, it was clean, easy and safe parking (based on my experience & I did not have any issues), generally quiet, easy check in and check out, convenient location with many food places near by. Cal exp is super close by. I was traveling with a 1 year old and I requested a pack and play. It was already set up upon arrival. Planning on staying again soon."

"Stayed at Hilton Sacramento Arden West for a wedding. The experience was awesome! The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was spotless and well maintained. They even had a microwave and refrigerator. Really enjoyed my stay there. If I am ever is Sacramento again will definitely be staying at Hilton Arden West."
