「The apartment was very clean and very close to the beach. It was a little further from the restaurants and shopping than I imagined but it was still a good location and comfortable.」

I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. 「This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. 」

「I came to California for a long weekend to visit my new granddaughter. I wanted a location that was close to my sons's house. My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. 「Spot on location for Pepperdine Campus! Thanksgiving weekend was fabulous in this property with my daughter who's a Pepperdine Student. The hosts had everything readily available, even down to the kitchen supplies which was great. Having the beach at your finger tips was amazing. This unit is the perfect size for 2 people. Only one request, could use some new fluffier seat cushions on the patio deck lounge chairs. Looking forward to staying again !」

「This rental was truly disappointing and not worth the price.There was only one bath towel provided — for an entire multi-night stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets had visible ink marks on them. The TVs didn’t work at all. 「There was no condo when we arrived. The arrival document arrived but no specific unit number and no way to access garage. Spoke with leasing agency and VRBO is not allowed in the entire complex. It was a nightmare. Had to find a hotel. Took three weeks for a refund and they never cancelled my VRBO even after I called and said it was fake. I should not have review access.」

「Great location, pictures of unit were as shown. The Internet service was spotty at times. The ocean was about 2 blocks from the studio but the walk is all down hill, so know that means all uphill on the way back. There were some good restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a great place to stay for a few days between travels.」

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
