"It is impossible to talk to a person at the desk via phone. Whether you're calling from outside the hotel, or even on the phone in the room, you are automatically routed to an AI bot who will supposedly route you to a live person--but no one answers the phone, and then you just get disconnected. If you have an issue, just go directly to the desk in person. All but two of the the front desk staff encountered acted as though I was inconveniencing them by asking a question. Two of the front desk team were very friendly and helpful. On the plus side, the location was great, the room was comfortable, and we were put in a new room when the A/C wasn't working in our original room. The shuttle service was great, as was the breakfast each morning. Depending upon what you value in a hotel stay, this hotel could be seen as great/exceptional--but the communication challenges took away from the experience."
