The staff are very helpful and are knowledgeable about sightseeing in Rome. The bathroom is inside my hotel room. If you are not expecting a 5-star hotel facilities, Piensone Paradise may be your choice.」

「Hi Wir haben Schatten und Licht in Raum kennengelernt. Wir sind nach Rom gekommen und wurden in die ersten fünf Minuten ausgeraubt uns wurde alles gestohlen von Papiere Geld alles was wir hatten. Das war natürlich die dunkle Seite. Das Licht lernten wir danach kennen als wir Unterkunft gesucht haben nicht weiter konnten und uns ein Taxifahrer gratis Unterkunft gefahren hat weil er gewusst hat was uns passiert ist. Danach geht es weiter mit unsere unterkunfts-chefin die mit uns zur Polizei...

The bathroom was unclean, with noticeable mould and limescale that indicated a lack of proper cleaning for an extended period. Additionally, there was a shortage of towels and bathroom amenities. 「Wow where do I begin, I've been traveling Italy for a year and this was easily my favorite stay! Elena & Monika are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were visiting family friends. Upon arrival (which was after 20.00) we were personally greeted by Elena who assisted us with bags & offered to prepare the hot tub for us to relax after a long drive. She also recommended a few great restaurants that were still open & knew Elena so they offered us a discount!...

In parole povere non aveva più a disposizione la nostra camera prenotata a novembre 22 trovando una scusa per noi assolutamente senza senso. Naturalmente io, ma moglie e mia figlia di 9 anni siamo stati costretti a trovare un'altra soluzione (costata di più per il brevissimo tempo di prenotazione) in un altro albergo. Giuseppe. 」

「Infelizmente o problema foi no check-in, não houve nenhuma instrução para combinar o recebimento das chaves então ficamos na rua com as malas e sem orientação. Quando conseguimos falar com alguém responsável por telefone a pessoa só disse que não tinha nossa reserva. Após passado o número da nossa reserva pediu para nos irmos para um bar e esperar por uma hora pela pessoa que chegaria com as chaves. Parece incrível mas foi real. 」

「住宿價格非常的便宜，飯店接待人員雖然對英文的支援度並沒有那麼高，但是可以感受到他們的用心。比較在意的是Check in後不知道為什麼得要將護照留在櫃台處，多少有點不舒服的感覺，以及房間沒有提供沐浴乳與洗髮精等，但如果你是省錢第一的旅者，這會是你的好選擇，當然這是一家無法用大眾交通到達的住宿地，建議你是自駕旅遊者。」
