「The location on the map is not accurate, please contact the staff for guidance or to open the door. When you stand in Piazza S. 「This was our 3rd stay and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. They have more staff now than in prior years and nothing was left undone. 「This host is lazy at best and deceptive at worst. I've never written a negative review before but here we go:
- I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). She only got back to me a few hours before check-in time.
