“Had a fantastic stay at this townhouse. The property was clean and offered plenty of space to relax. It was well-equipped with comfortable furniture and all the cooking equipment I needed. The online check-in process was straightforward and professional, with easy code access. “Shabby (but not chic), poorly maintained. Dirty, loose carpet on the stairs. Paper peeling from ceiling in sitting room and bedroom. Dripping basin waste in bathroom and mould in shower. No hot water one morning, cleaners sent to inspect and declared it working which it wasn’t. Plumber arrived in the evening to fix. Bed hard and uncomfortable but not as hard and lumpy as the pillows. No room in wardrobe to hang clothes as a number of duvets had been stuffed in it. Three drawers of a five drawer……
