“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Ich reise wirklich ziemlich viel und war schon in vielen wunderbaren Hotels und Unterkünften, das Zimmer im Palazzo Negri war mit Abstand das schönste, in dem ich je war. Man hat das Gefühl, in einem Film zu sein. Die Lage ist fantasisch, vom Balkon blickt man direkt auf die Porta Borsari, das Zimmer ist gigantisch groß, das Bett bequem, es gibt eine freistehende Wanne im Zimmer, ein Bücherregal, einen Schreibtisch, eine abgetrennte wunderbare Badezimmerlandschaft mit aufklappbaren Fenstern zur……
