"I think this property has promise, but they appear to be working out the kinks from the move over from a Margaritaville property to one under Hyatt control. The property is lovely, and the rooms are spacious. Service could be better as the wait staff tends to be slower to response (especially when ordering poolside or beachside). The food options appeared plentiful, but they soon showed to be less attractive and lacked a "personal" touch. With the exception of MESA, the restaurant food was "OK", but was nothing special. At the preferred check in, there was an additional step to check in that turned out to be a sales pitch much like a timeshare encouraging visitors to "hear the Hyatt story", and get additional benefits like dinners - to which you could use coupons. What they didn't tell you was the time commitment, and the additional expense from the upsell and the taxes and fees. "

"Our family of 9 spent a week at Villa Daniela, and it was a wonderful week! The house is spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. Very close to the beach and Clubhouse. Pool was lovely. We had a chef and he was amazing… our meals were just wonderful. Andrea, one of the owners, was extremely helpful, and was readily available any time we needed anything or had questions. He helped us arrange outings, transportation, recommended restaurants, he couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. "Let me start by saying how absolutely stunning this home is. The design, the setting, and the overall atmosphere are truly beautiful.When our group of 20 arrived and discovered the home was not quite “rental ready,” to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. However, what could have been a major setback turned into a testament to outstanding hospitality. Alix was already waiting for us with a solution and a clear plan in place. Within a short time, they arranged for us to move to La Palma 78, which comfortably accommodated our entire group.From there, everything exceeded expectations. The staff — especially Endry and the chef — were truly 10 out of 10. If we could give them a higher score, we absolutely would. The food and service were hands down the best we’ve ever experienced. Every meal was exceptional, and the attention to detail made our stay unforgettable.While our trip didn’t start exactly as planned, the way the team handled the situation with professionalism and care made all the difference. We would highly recommend this property and the incredible staff who made our stay so special."

"The property was well kept, including the grounds, which were attended to by staff every day of the week that we stayed. Please note to use what’s app as that is what homelike uses to communicate information about check in and check out. The villa had plates, glasses, etc. no salt, pepper, laundry detergent, and not enough toilet paper, but were able to purchase these items at the green village store area or the las Canas super Mercado. Our concierge Veronica was very helpful with information through our stay. It was challenging to locate the villa, even with a Google pin and photo. Note that if you are at Green Village, you need to enter through the security gate. Most of the dwellings do not have house numbers. You can probably get further help from homelike, but we winged it and it took us quite awhile to find our villa. Overall very good, I recommend that homebelike meet guests at the green village cash and carry and direct guests to their rental. Otherwise all was very nice. "
