Relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. Clean place for 4 Adults or less. Very close to Bow River view. This unit offers 2 bedroom and two washrooms with full kitchen and living area in Calgary downtown. Only 10 mins walk to the C-Train, Government of Canada building and lots of restaurants around, bars and coffee shops. Lots of Major building around.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:- underground parking is available on demand. It will be $20 a day. If we have available.

It was good, would’ve have a 5 but it was a little dirty in some places.

The host was quick to return any contact which was very appreciated. When we arrived, the house was still as it was left by the previous tenants - no cleaning of any kind had happened. Another host arrived to take us to another identical apartment but left us with no contact information or toilet paper!! The next day, while we were at our conference, we were notified that we would have to move out of the unit and back to the original one - why would we not have been notified earlier in the day? When we arrived back at the unit to move our luggage, the unit still was not cleaned and we had to pile our belongings in the entry. The unit was a good size and the location was excellent but was very grubby. If you are staying here in the dead of winter, bring a sweater as it was also very cold and there are no extra blankets in the apartment. Also, bring a washcloth as you get two towels and that is it! Additionally, the lock box to get into the building was very challenging - we had to try it multiple times before it would open. (We ended up getting help from another VRBO renter who had just got his key but then he couldn't get back into the box either!) Even with those challenges, if the unit had been cleaner we could have overlooked some of the frustrations but having no corkscrew was the final straw!!

The unit was a great value. It was located on the edge of China Town, so lots of wonderful food. Plenty of on street parking and the river is across the street. The only downside was that the building is a bit transient, so I felt better having a roommate.

The location was good for walking downtown. Some of the bedroom/bathroom doors did not shut all the way, and the carpet seemed to feel damp in the winter months, even though we took off our shoes - maybe from the previous guest?

The property has potential. It just needs to be updated and cleaned better before your guess come. Post directions where to put the garbage before leaving, should be labeled in the apartment. Overall it is a good location.

Great location, good communication with host. Unit needs some essentials stocked

This was booked for 2 of my employees attending a conference. Location is great, walking distance to the Telus convention centre. Communication with the host Gary was good.Their feedback the unit:It wasn't very clean, the furniture was uncomfortable, and it wasn't stocked with essential stuff like dish towels etc. Only a single key was available for access which made shared access a bit difficult.

5 star experience. Spacious, clean, great location next to the river and near lots of amazing restaurants in Chinatown. 10 mins walking distance to downtown where I was working. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!
