Excellent hotel. Service and infrastructure is perfect. Very good location near Kinshicho stations, for both metro and train. It is a Disney Good Neighbor hotel so it has a shuttle to the parks as is reachable via Airport Limousine as well. You can purchase Metro Daily passes directly on the hotel. Buffet breakfast is very good. Rooms with Skytree view are superb. Will return and recommend.

Excellent staff! We are very disappointed with the room assigned to us. Upon entering the room , it has has a pungent .. we turned on the air filter .. and the air conditioning but the smell persisted. When I inspected the restroom.. smelled moldy. Very nice and convenient hotel location. Easy access to transportation and shopping. Amazing view from the room. Excellent staffs. Room is a little bit small, but still a very comfortable stay!

This is my second time staying at Tobu Hotel Levant, in Tokyo. Checking in was pretty fast and efficient, staff spoke some English. I was given one key for a single room. The amenities in the room were minimal. I wish they had a microwave and a coin laundry mat. I didn’t see an ATM machine in the lobby like a few years ago. Overall it was a decent stay, close to the JR station so was convenient to get around.

I enjoyed my stay in Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo. It is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. They were very accommodating and tried their best to understand me since I don’t speak Japanese at all. Loved that they offer free shuttle service to Disneyland! Worked perfect for my trip. It is walking distance from the bus and rail service. Walking distance from a mall and many food locations! Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for a Tokyo trip!
